As a first step to approach a property and evaluate its potential we carry out a Site and Market analysis and evaluation for the Highest and Best use of the property. Once this assessment is completed, AHDRML would identify alternatives and recommend best option for development, financial modelling and optimal transaction financing structure. If REITs are determined to be the most suitable instrument, AHDRML would establish the REIT Scheme and provide REIT Management (RMC) services to the said REIT Scheme.
